Only 3 of 14 recorded Granby deeds show a sale price this period, with range from $40,000 to $340,000

Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 14 property transfers in Granby between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only three carried a listed sale price: $340,000, $50,000 and $40,000, for a median of $50,000 among priced sales. The month's top transaction was 597 Amherst Road at $340,000. Prices for the other 11 transfers were not yet available in registry data. Several of those 11 involved banks, credit unions or the town of Granby rather than private buyers, and two transfers were recorded on Batchelor Street. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet support a clear read on whether the period was active or quiet.
