Granby Sees 14 Deed Transfers as Most Prices Await Registry Update

Granby recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only four carried a sale price so far, ranging from $22,650 to $799,900 with a median of $199,200. The period's most notable transaction was a $799,900 sale on Aug. 28 to a trust, the highest price recorded. Batchelor Street saw the most activity, with three separate transfers. Ten of the 14 deeds have not yet shown a price in the registry, typical of the usual reporting lag, and several transactions involved banks or mortgage companies as buyer or seller. With pricing data still incomplete, the period's overall market tone is difficult to characterize.
