Granby home sales stay light on disclosed prices in August
Twelve property transfers were recorded in Granby, Massachusetts, between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only four listed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $75,000 to $237,650, with a median of $140,111. The month's top disclosed sale was a Granby Heights condominium unit at $237,650. Several transfers involved mortgage-related entities, a discharge of attachment, or declarations of homestead rather than conventional buyer-seller sales. With two-thirds of transfers lacking price data, the deed records do not support a clear read on overall market tone this period.
