Granby recorded 13 property deed transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only five carried a sale price so far, ranging from $40,000 to $437,078 with a median of $229,600. The month's top recorded sale was 63 Amherst St. at $437,078, transferred from Timothy and Christina Houghton to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Several other transfers listed banks, credit unions or legal filings such as Certificates of Compliance and Declarations of Homestead as the buyer of record rather than individual purchasers, and Amherst, East and Batchelor streets each saw multiple transfers during the period.
