Carver Street Sale Tops Quiet Month For Disclosed Granby Prices
Granby recorded 16 property deed transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three listed a disclosed sale price, ranging from $25,000 to $421,800, with a median of $100,000 among those three. The period's highest recorded sale was 103 Carver St., sold July 29 for $421,800, with Citizens Bank NA as the buyer of record. Taylor Street saw the most activity of any street, with three separate transactions recorded during the period. With prices disclosed in just under one-fifth of transactions, and many entries administrative, estate or trust-related rather than traditional home sales, the data offers limited visibility into overall market conditions this month.
